NPA had reached capacity at their office. Their team was growing quickly and needed to move into an office that could accommodate their fast growing team.

At the time, NPA's office was fully managed and they were not responsible for any of the offices IT, internet, or network cabling. Moving office meant starting from scratch; from installing cabling inside the office to moving servers and ensuring cloud services were installed and available to their team during the move.

NPA utilised a mixture of Superfast IT support and services, including IT consultancy to plan and deliver the new IT infrastructure.

Superfast IT became a part of the NPA project management team for the office move, attending meetings and advising on IT options during the project

Superfast advised on the office layout  and were responsible for network cabling, the complete rebuild of the server room and the installation of all the cloud services.

"Besides giving us day-to-day support over the last two to three years, Superfast has worked on three major projects with us.

"When we decided back about three years ago that we needed to move offices because the business had grown, we decided to buy our own space and move to a fairly local based office. But one that hadn't got any infrastructure in there at all.
