Superfast IT is a Stourbridge-based team looking after IT and cyber security for more than 80 organisations and 1,500 users across Birmingham, the Black Country and the wider West Midlands. The people below lead the business and the service you receive. When you call, you get one of our own engineers, based in Stourbridge. No offshore helpdesk, no call centre script.
James founded the business in 2002 and still runs it. Adam started here as an apprentice and now runs the service desk. Andrew spent years as an engineer before moving into client management, which is why he can translate between what your business needs and what the technology can do.

Founded Superfast IT in 2002 after IT roles at BMW, Britvic and the NHS. Responsible for strategy, culture and the commercial side of the business.
Mark Poulding
Technical Director: Cyber Security & Cloud
Lead technical resource. Designs client infrastructure, oversees projects and cloud work, and is the escalation point for the hardest problems.

Service Desk Manager
Started as an apprentice and now runs the service desk, managing the engineers you speak to day to day.
