2002

Feb 4th

James Cash Ltd was Founded

First SME client

It wasn't long before James onboarded his first client, his accountant.

2004

First employees hired

After steadily building a client base of 15 companies, James hired his first employees; a level one technician and admin support.

2007

James Cash merges with Mark Poulding

In September 2005, James Cash joined forces with Mark Poulding. Mark brought with him a wealth of technical knowledge and continues to be the Technical Project Director at Superfast IT.

2013

Rebrand to Superfast IT

After being frequently told that we resolve IT issues in an industry-leading time, the business rebranded as Superfast IT.

Our fast resolve times and first-class customer service continue to help us stand out against our competitors.

2015

Office move to accommodate expanding team

Due to our expanding team, Superfast IT moved from Dudley to our Stourbridge offices, where we continue to be based.

2019

£1,000,000 turnover

Reaching £1,000,000 turnover was huge milestone for the business. We successfully met business growth targets through an expanding and diversified client base.

2022

Today

We have ambitious growth plans
and look forward to what the
