Ben Pollard has joined Superfast IT as our new IT support apprentice.
Ben joins us with A-levels in maths, computer science and economics. He's chosen an apprenticeship because he wants to learn the job on the ground: real tickets, real clients, and engineers around him who've been doing this for years.

What Ben will be doing
Ben is working alongside our support team on live tickets, picking up the technical grounding he'll need as the apprenticeship progresses. His background in maths, computer science and economics gives him a solid base to build on, but there's no substitute for actually doing the job to learn it.
