At the time, NPA's office was fully managed and they were not responsible for any of the offices IT, internet, or network cabling. "Besides giving us day-to-day support over the last two to three years, Superfast has worked on three major projects with us.
"When we decided back about three years ago that we needed to move offices because the business had grown, we decided to buy our own space and move to a fairly local based office. But one that hadn't got any infrastructure in there at all.
"Superfast joined the design and project team, working on the layout of the office and being responsible for the data cabling, and also dealing with the complete rebuild of the server room. Superfast were also responsible for all of our cloud services; the installation of all the cloud services and everything else.
"The issue that we had was we were run a 24 hour business. So at the same time as moving we still needed to be operational. This meant the guys had to work through the night on a number of occasions to move servers from one location to the other to keep the business operating.
"Nothing was too much trouble. In fact, quite a few of our clients said a week or so after we had moved: "aren't you moving next week?" and actually had to says "no, we moved last week".So that was really successful.
